1. Programme Access

Access is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed in any form.

2. Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full before access is granted.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day conditional money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

Due to the digital nature of this Programme and immediate access to all content, the following conditions apply:

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • The customer must not have accessed or consumed more than 30% of the Programme content
  • The customer must provide a brief written explanation outlining why the Programme did not meet expectations

For the avoidance of doubt, accessing the Programme includes viewing lessons, skipping ahead to later modules, or engaging with any part of the content.

If a customer has accessed more than 30% of the Programme, the Programme will be considered substantially consumed and no refund will be issued.

Once a refund is approved:

  • Access to the Programme will be immediately revoked

We reserve the right to refuse a refund where we reasonably believe the policy is being misused, abused, or where there is evidence of excessive content access within the refund period.
