3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day conditional money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • The customer must have completed no more than 30% of the Programme content.
  • The customer must provide a brief written explanation outlining why the Programme did not meet expectations.

Refund requests exceeding the 30% content completion threshold will not be eligible, as the Programme is considered substantially consumed.

Once a refund is approved, access to the Programme will be immediately revoked.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the policy is being abused.
